Your and you're


Your and you’re are homophones. Why are they homophones? They are homophones because they are two different words that sound the same but are spelt differently.


When should we use your and when should we use you’re? You would use you're like this "Do you know what you're doing? and you use your like this "Is that your sock?"

Write 3 example sentences using your and 3 example sentences using you’re.
